For whom are when and which costs?
In the event that your product still falls within the warranty period, the costs are for the selling party (unless the product is defective or damaged due to your own fault). If your product no longer falls within the warranty period, the relevant store can send your product to our repair partner for repair. Of course they will first send you a quote and after approval they will repair your product.
