Recently you have ordered a Lenco product on our official Lenco web shop. Of course, we hope that you will enjoy your purchase for a long time and experience many great moments with Lenco.

If your product is not what you expected, you are always free to return your purchase within the cooling-off period (30 days) free of charge. You will then receive a full refund.

If you want to return the Lenco product, but you have doubts whether there might not be a better solution, do not hesitate and ask us for advice via support@lenco.com or via the contact form.

If you want to return your product within the reflection period, the following information is important for you:

- Use the enclosed return label.

- You have thirty days reflection time

- The item must be in original/undamaged condition and in its original packaging (if possible back in the brown box).

- Do not forget to include the packing slip in the box, otherwise the warehouse will not be able to find your order.

Upon receipt of your Lenco product, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Our warehouse will check if the item has been returned correctly and will refund the purchase price.
