If you cannot receive channels, there is a good chance that the DVB-T (T2) antenna will not work. Usually this is because the antenna does not receive power from the DVP. You can also see this by the LED in the thickening of the antenna cable. If this LED is not lit, the antenna has no power.
The antenna requires power for optimum reception of all receivers in the area. Usually the antenna does not draw power because the supply has been cut off via the menu of the DVP. The manual describes how the supply can be resumed in the player's menu.
