Once you have placed an order, it is unfortunately no longer possible to change it yourself or add products to it.

However, you can contact our customer service via support@lenco.com, mail your order number and the change / addition. If your change or addition can still be made then you will receive a confirmation / payment link via email, as soon as we have received the payment we will continue to process your order. However, if it is no longer possible, then it is best to make a new order. To prevent these inconveniences, we ask you to check your order very well before you click on 'Place order'.
